Quick answers to what Mad Apple families ask before paying their team fee.
Your full-season fee covers coaching, facility access, team operations, and most program-level expenses. Some tournaments and travel may have additional costs that are communicated team-by-team.
Either works. The $500 deposit secures your athlete's roster spot — you pay the balance later. Paying the full season up front skips the deposit step and any mid-season balance reminders.
Our standard payment plan includes an initial deposit followed by a structured monthly balance (including our 8-month option). For questions or to get set up, please contact softballops@madapplesp.com
Deposits are non-refundable. If you have specific questions or concerns, please contact a director before submitting payment—we’re happy to walk you through the policy for your athlete’s division.
Mad Apple offers scholarship support. Click the 'Apply for a Scholarship' button above — applications are confidential and reviewed by our directors. We do not turn athletes away because of cost.
You'll get an automatic receipt from CoachIQ and a confirmation email from Mad Apple within 1-3 business days. If you don't see anything within 3 days, email softballops@madapplesp.com — we'll track it down.
