Coach Tracy Coffman is a seasoned pitching specialist with over two decades of experience coaching at the collegiate level. Her resume speaks for itself: Most recently, she served as Pitching Coach at Purdue University Fort Wayne (2023-2025), where she led the pitching staff to 4th in the Horizon League in ERA and coached two All-Conference pitching selections, helping the team reach the 2025 Horizon League Tournament as runner-up. As Head Coach at the University of Northwestern Ohio (2012-2022), she compiled a career record of 219-151, won the 2018 WHAC Championship, and developed 23 First Team All-Conference selections, including 7 pitchers. Her Division I experience includes serving as Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at UCF (2005-2008), where her staff ranked 4th nationally in ERA at 1.29 in 2007 and won the 2008 Conference USA Championship. At Stetson University, her pitching staffs ranked as high as 7th nationally in ERA. A former student-athlete at the University of Toledo, where she pitched and played middle infield, Coach Coffman brings firsthand playing experience along with her elite coaching pedigree to every lesson at Mad Apple Softball in Fort Wayne.
